Basic + Bonus

Customer Care look after our existing clients should they have any queries or wish to make amendments to their cover. Most of the work is telephone based. In order to serve our customers the teams operate between 8.30am and 8.30pm Monday to Friday. You would work a 7-1/2 hour shift within this time plus one in three Saturdays from 9 - 4pm.

You will need to be organised, polite and able to speak clear English. We are looking for GCSE or equivalent grades C+ in Maths and English. Any insurance or customer care experience would be a plus, however this is not essential as full training is provided.
